Many of us sleep with our iPhone by our bedsides, since an iPhone makes a great alarm clock. However, sometimes the incessant email alerts, push notifications, SMS alerts, and phone calls can keep us from actually drifting into a sweet, sweet slumber.
We can merely do some little efforts to overcome this difficulty, will you?
1. Open “Setting” on the Home screen, and go to “Wireless and networking”.
2. Turn the “Airplane Mode” on.
Airplane mode will shut off all wireless connections, which will keep your notifications from sounding off in the middle of the night. Unlike silencing your phone, your alarm will still go off in the morning, while your email and SMS will arrive after you switch your phone back to regular mode.
1.Flip the “Ring/Silent” switch on the side of the device upward.
2. Open your “Settings” menu on the Home screen. Tap the “Sounds” tab, then drag the “Ring” slider all the way to the right. Make sure all of the switches under the slider are set to the “On” position.
3.Restart your iPhone. Hold down the “On/Off/Sleep/Wake” button until the red “Slide to Power Off” prompt bar appears. Slide your finger across the prompt.
4.The iPhone will turn off. Press and hold the “On/Off/Sleep/Wake” button again until the Apple logo appears to turn the device back on.
5.Reset the iPhone. Press and hold the “On/Off/Sleep/Wake” button and the “Home” button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
