Built on the success of the BlackBerry Bold 9780, Bold 9790 comes with RIM’s latest BlackBerry 7 operating system and the advantages offered by a high-resolution touchscreen display.

The BlackBerry Bold 9790 is an extension of RIM’s pint-sized 9700 series. The Bold 9790 sticks with the tried-and-true BlackBerry design, albeit with some revamped buttons that caused a bit of a stir when they were first spotted. Unlike the other BB7-powered Bold, the 9790 sports a smaller 2.44-inch 360×480 display, a 1GHz processor, and 8GB of internal storage.

The upcoming Bold 9790 will reportedly also feature a 5MP camera, 8GB of built-in storage, NFC and GPS capabilities. The Smartphone is going to pack a 1.2GHz processor and have Wi-Fi support.

According to RIM, the Smartphone will be available on November 25th at the Pacific Place Shopping Mall in Jakarta for a suggested retail price of 4,599,000 IDR (US$510 or 375 EUR).
